Sans-serif type, wide margins
One column, three or four paragraphs
Contact details as text rather than icons

What happens when a machine reads it

Header as an image: The only real risk in this layout. If the name is part of a graphic, the letter arrives unsigned as far as any parsing is concerned.

Reads cleanly

A good default. Keep the contact details as text and it reads the same either way.
